This person will work closely with the engineering department to support customers and help them troubleshoot network and email problems in a Linux environment. Must be willing to dedicate themselves to learning the product.

Experience Required:
Strong technical understanding of one or more of the following protocols is required:

• SMTP
• HTTP/HTTP Proxy
• SSL
• SMB

Additional Skills/Requirements:

• Technical support experience
• Fluent in Japanese (This is a MUST!)
• Understands LDAP
• Independently motivated
• Understands Linux OS, configuration, and email protocols
• Understands Firewalls
• Desires to fight spam
