SEC Reporting
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all external reporting.
• Prepare reports for SEC filing (10Q, 10K, etc.).
• Prepare financial statements and footnotes, including all supporting documentation, for quarterly and annual external reporting.
  
• Draft MD&A for quarterly and annual reporting.
• Coordinate work with external auditors.
• Responsible for all technical accounting research.
• Report directly to Corporate Controller.

Revenue Recognition
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving proper processing, billing and recognition of all customer deals. This will require wide cross-functional interaction, implementation of new and improved processes (including applicable systems), good understanding of all product offerings and contract terms.
• Directly responsible on the back end for proper revenue recognition in compliance with SOP 97-2, all other applicable FASB and SEC pronouncements and regulations and the Company’s revenue recognition policy. This would include working to ensure that boilerplate contract terms are properly and clearly stated, that all contracts are fully executed by both parties, that the customer is willing and able to pay and that no significant deliverables remain.
  
• Implement and enforce the revenue recognition policy and educate the sales force regarding the above issues on an ongoing basis.
  
• Responsible for tracking all components of customer deals and all appropriate triggers to invoicing or recognition.
