Before the Barracuda IM Firewall, our previous IM server was very difficult to maintain and a nightmare when it came to reliability. As our company continues to grow we seem to have a growing remote workforce that is on the road, and the Barracuda IM Firewall makes it easier for them to communicate with each other instead of using a phone or email. Also, our sales and marketing people love using the Barracuda IM Client to connect to their AIM and Yahoo accounts, giving them another way to communicate with customers.
